Brief Description
We are looking for Greenwich borough residents who are interested in completing a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship. The successful candidate will spend 18 months working as an Admin Apprentice as part of the CITB Shared Apprenticeship Scheme. Employed by Evolve Apprentices while earning a wage, gaining work experience, a qualification
Qualifications Required
GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4 (C) and above / Level 2) required
GCSE or equivalent ICT (Grade 1-3 and above / Level 1) desired
GCSE or equivalent Mathematics (Grade 4 (C) and above / Level 2) required
CITB Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) Operative test (passed within 2 years) desired
CSCS Card (valid) desired

Training to be Provided
This apprenticeship will be based in an office on a busy construction site and an appreciation for following Health & Safety protocols is a must. Your general tasks could include:
- Controlling company and project documentation
- Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard-copy documents
- Producing document progress reports for senior managers
- Ordering office supplies and liaising with other office staff
These tasks can be repetitive with high attention to detail needed.
