Working Week: Monday-Friday, weekends may be an option. Minimum of 35 hours per week but the potential for more. Approx. 8 am-4 pm but hours will be confirmed by the contractor during an interview.
Brief Description
We are looking for Brent borough residents who are interested in completing a Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor apprenticeship. The successful candidate will spend 36 months working as a Site Supervisor Apprentice as part of a Shared Apprenticeship Scheme employed by Evolve Apprentices earning a wage, experience, & qualification throughout.
Qualifications Required
English GCSE C/4 or above (or equivalent)
Maths GCSE C/4 or above (or equivalent)
5 x GCSEs including English, Maths & Science
Level 2 apprenticeship

Training to be Provided
Apprentices without level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the end-point assessment.
Future Prospects
Typical job titles can include Assistant Site Manager, Assistant Supervisor, or Construction Site Supervisor. In the case of SME construction companies, the roles are likely to include Site Manager or Site Supervisor.
At the end of this apprenticeship, you would be capable of working as a qualified Assistant Site Manager with the likely progression into a degree qualification partnered with further experience to become a Site Manager.

- Supervision of specialist contractors
- The control of health and safety standards on construction projects
- Recording, controlling, and reporting progress on a construction project
- The minimisation of the environmental impact of construction projects
- Control of quality of works on a construction project
- Assisting commercial staff with the monitoring of costs on a construction project
