Brief Description
We are looking for Newham residents who are interested in completing a Level 3 Electrical Installation apprenticeship. The successful candidate will spend 42 months working as an Electrical Apprentice as part of the CITB Shared Apprenticeship Scheme. Employed by Evolve Apprentices while earning a wage, gaining work experience, and a qualification.
Qualifications Required
English GCSE C/4 or above (or equivalent)
Maths GCSE C/4 or above (or equivalent)
Personal Qualities
People person, Able to work on sites
Skills Required
Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Presentation skills, Teamwork, Initiative, Patience, Physical fitness
Training to be Provided
Apprentices without level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the end-point assessment.

Vacancy Detail
Level 3 Installation Electricians install electrical systems in industrial, commercial, and domestic environments, both indoor and outdoor. Electrical equipment and systems may include switchboards, motors, cables, fuses, thermal relays, fault current protection switches, heating, lighting, air conditioning and metering equipment as well as crime and fire alarm systems and renewable energy technologies.
• Assist with unloading and moving of deliveries/systems on site
• Keep site tidy and safe in line with company health and safety policy
• Assisting with the installation of cables, switchboards, lighting, and heating/cooling
• Assisting with fault finding and testing, and checking of electrical systems
