Customer service skills and being tidy and respectful are important qualities as they can often find themselves working in customers’ homes as well as on building sites.

The qualification you would be working to is the Level 3 Plumbing and Domestic Heating (Standard) where we will be looking to partner with a college to provide the training.
This training will mainly be through remote learning with a paid study time as needed up to 7 hours/1 day per week. You are expected to travel when necessary though most assessments will be done on site. You will be responsible to managing/arranging with your line manager.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
On completion of this apprenticeship, you can work as a qualified Junior Plumber where, with more experience, you can look to progress into a senior position, site/contracts/project management, self-employment, or plumbing & heating business owner.
